CorpFlip helps owners of small online businesses organise what they know and document what they still need to resolve. It is independent of marketplaces, brokers and advisers. There are no listings, buyer leads, automated market valuations or performance certifications here.
A record of what you enter
Checklist progress counts tasks you mark done, excluding tasks marked not applicable. It is not a sale-readiness score. Monthly summaries add only the periods you enter. Revenue less expenses is arithmetic on those entries, without automatic adjustments, annualisation, exchange-rate conversion or independent verification. Separate scenario tools calculate explicitly entered earnings adjustments, valuation sensitivities, working capital and proceeds; they do not provide a market valuation or infer tax rates.
The evidence index is a pointer to records in your own storage. A document marked Located or Reviewed by owner has not been checked by CorpFlip. The sale overview reproduces your draft rather than manufacturing claims about the business.
Sources behind the structure
The original preparation prompts draw on recurring topics in public seller-preparation resources: financial records, operating responsibilities, assets and supporting evidence. We do not adopt claims about sale prices, speed or likely buyers.
- Flippa: Preparing to plan an exit — financial records, operational documentation and account review.
- Empire Flippers: How to prepare your online business for sale — preparation records and business context.
- Acquire.com: How due diligence works — questions and supporting evidence during buyer review.

Free core, clear boundaries
The current workspace and its CSV, JSON and printable outputs are free. There is no paid plan or checkout in this release. Future commercial features would require real account, billing and support infrastructure before being offered.
Photography and examples
The editorial photographs were generated for CorpFlip. They illustrate work settings and do not depict customers, verified businesses or actual transactions. The optional Cedar Notes workspace is clearly labelled fictional demonstration data and remains a separate business record.
